Adam McKay是位出色的電影編導(dǎo)，他的電影都具有相當(dāng)強的思辨性。美國副總統(tǒng)切尼到最后的形象已經(jīng)近乎邪惡，整部電影的節(jié)奏也很像《紙牌屋》，就觀感而言十分滿足。中途無數(shù)次打破第四堵墻，特別是餐廳上菜那兒，侍者售出權(quán)力菜譜那里這種戲謔達(dá)到了高峰，個人很喜歡（切尼夫婦在床上用莎翁語句那段也很妙）。不過當(dāng)然有瑕疵，如高票評論提到的，切尼等其他政治人物背后的欲望被簡單化，是一種創(chuàng)造上的臆想。另外貝爾的表演當(dāng)真不錯，演這么個沉默寡言但背后城府頗深的政治人物，馬上可以做到形神兼具，而且再再再次增肥，太佩服了。
